Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This policy explains what GameSense AI collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it. GameSense AI is an AI coaching platform for competitive gamers, operated from the United States. It applies to gamesenseai.pro and every page and feature on it.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, and the display name and profile image you choose. Authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider. If you sign up using Google, Discord, or another social login, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us. We never receive your password for those services.
Profile and gameplay information you give us
This is information you choose to enter: your username, bio, main game, in-game tags for Valorant, Apex, Warzone and Marvel Rivals, your rank and role, and your in-game sensitivity and controller settings. If you connect a Twitch account, we store your Twitch user ID and username so the pet and chat features can recognise you.
Gameplay clips and VODs
When you upload a clip or submit a Twitch or YouTube link for analysis, we store the video file and the analysis produced from it. This is the core of the service. Video files are stored with Vercel Blob, and the resulting coaching feedback, scores, and your GameSense Rating history are stored in our database.
Payment information
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your subscription status, so we know which plan your account is on.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our providers automatically receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used for security, abuse prevention, analytics, and advertising as described below.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: analyze your gameplay, generate coaching feedback, and calculate your GameSense Rating.
- To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and process payments.
- To send transactional and service email, such as your weekly progress summary and billing notices.
- To improve the product, diagnose bugs, and understand which features people actually use.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our rules.
- To display advertising, as described in the advertising section below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your gameplay footage with anyone other than the processors listed below who need it to make the service work.
AI processing of your gameplay
This is the part most worth reading carefully. To generate coaching feedback, your gameplay clips and VOD segments are sent to third-party AI providers for analysis, currently Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). Your written messages to the AI coach are sent the same way. These providers process the content in order to return the analysis to us.
We also use Pinecone, a vector database, to store and retrieve coaching context so the AI can reference your past sessions.
If you do not want your gameplay footage processed by third-party AI providers, do not upload clips. Every other part of the site, including the aim and reaction trainers, works without it.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertising on the public pages of this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
- You can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
- More detail on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available in Google's partner-sites policy.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, how people arrive, and where they drop off. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can block these with any standard browser cookie control or ad blocker without breaking the site.
Essential cookies
Clerk sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. This one is required. If you block it, you will not be able to log in.
Who we share information with
We use the following service providers, each of which processes data only to deliver their part of the service:
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Accounts, login, session security |
| Vercel | Website hosting and clip/VOD file storage |
| Neon | Database hosting for profiles, sessions, and ratings |
| Google (Gemini) | AI analysis of gameplay clips and VODs |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI coaching text generation |
| Pinecone | Coaching context storage and retrieval |
| Stripe | Payment and subscription processing |
| Resend | Transactional and summary email delivery |
| Google (AdSense, GTM, GA4) | Advertising and analytics |
We may also disclose information if legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Public profiles and shared analyses
Some content is public by design, and you should know which. If you set a username and unlock your GameSense Rating, your profile page at /u/your-username is publicly viewable and can be indexed by search engines. If you mark a coaching session as public, that shared analysis page is also publicly viewable. Trainer leaderboard entries display the username you chose. Nothing else on your account, including your email address, is made public.
If you would rather not appear publicly, do not set a username, and leave your sessions private.
Data retention
We keep your account data and gameplay analyses for as long as your account exists, so that your GameSense Rating history stays continuous and comparable over time. How much history is visible to you depends on your plan, but the underlying record is retained until deletion. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, gameplay files, and analyses. Some records, such as payment and tax records held by Stripe, are retained where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can view and edit most of your information directly in your account settings at any time. Beyond that, depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your account and the data associated with it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR and UK GDPR. If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense those laws define, beyond the advertising cookie use disclosed above, which you can opt out of using the links in that section.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the time limit the applicable law sets.
Children
GameSense AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian review this policy with you.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with established providers who maintain their own security programs. Access to production systems is limited. That said, no online service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. Use a strong, unique password, and enable multi-factor authentication where your login provider offers it.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you access GameSense AI from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there, where data protection law may differ from your own.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will move the "last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will give you clearer notice than a silent edit.
Contact us
For any privacy question, data request, or complaint, email hello@gamesenseai.pro or use our contact page. If you want to know more about how the product works before deciding what to share, our about page explains the analysis in plain terms.
