Combat Vision: Stability

Setting up your run…

How we measure it

A target moves on a fixed path for 60 seconds while a distractor load runs around it: drifting clutter, bloom flashes, decoys that look almost like the target, and HUD furniture. Your job is to keep your crosshair on the real target the whole time. It turns green while you are on it.

Every run uses a schedule the server picks, and your cursor path is scored on the server rather than in your browser, so two runs are comparable and a score cannot be edited on the way out. The drill reports more than a total: how many times you lost the target, how quickly you got back, and how often a decoy actually pulled your crosshair toward it.

Why attention under load is its own skill

Aim trainers usually strip the chaos out on purpose, so they measure your mechanics in a quiet room. Real fights are not quiet. This drill deliberately puts the noise back: the thing being trained is holding your anchor while something else is trying to take it.

Pair it with tracking for raw crosshair control, peripheral awareness for what you notice off-centre, or test your reaction. Climb the leaderboard or get AI coaching that turns your VOD weaknesses into a drill plan.
