Eye Warmup
Follow the ball with your eyes, not your mouse. A guided warmup to loosen up your tracking before you queue. Not measured or scored.
The Vanish routine fades the ball in and out. Contains gentle moving visuals.
How to use it
Pick a routine and follow the ball with your eyes, keeping your head still. This is smooth-pursuit practice, the same eye movement you use to track a strafing or dashing opponent. Use it as a short warmup before you queue, like a stretch. Start slow and only speed up once the motion feels easy to follow.
This is a guided routine, not a test. We cannot see your eyes, so nothing here is measured or scored. For drills we can measure, try the reaction test and the flick aim trainer, then climb the leaderboard.
Why eye warmups help
Your eyes lead your aim. Warming up smooth pursuit and quick re-fixation before a session makes it easier to keep targets centered and to pick up movement at the edges of your screen. Pair it with AI coaching that turns your VOD weaknesses into a drill plan.
